rustic cardboard moving announcements

 After we moved, I started looking up moving announcements. I really liked the look of the cardboard ones, such as on Minted. So, I improvised, cut up some boxes and did this:

I used a holly stencil for the corner, then used 3 different colors of permanent marker: red, green, and navy blue. Then I tied up the cardboard in white crochet string that I had laying around the house. 

 I put our announcement and new address on one side and to Please deliver to: recipient on the back with the stamp, which was under the maximum weight restriction for a normal letter/stamp.

Also how do you feel about the new cork floors we installed? more info to come
